The RSK-Z880 Automatic hard cover box machine is a high-precision automatic hard cover box machine developed and launched by our company on the basis of the RSK-P450. This machine is mainly used for the assembly of bottomless inner boxes as well as the assembly and forming of some boxes, such as mooncake boxes, tea boxes, health product boxes, and wine boxes. It adopts a PLC computer control system + human-machine interface and is equipped with a positioning platform. The manipulator absorbs and servo-positions to press the box, achieving three-side alignment of the product with a precision of ±0.2mm and a maximum speed of 25 pieces per minute.
1. The machine is simple to use, convenient to operate and stable in performance. It takes a short time to debug when changing products, is easy to learn and understand, and has low requirements for operators.
2. The original glue application formula can spray any pattern. The system has a built-in memory storage function; products that have been processed can be directly retrieved, and the machine can be started after positioning without re-editing the glue application formula.
3. Fast assembly speed, accurate positioning, with an error range of ±0.2mm and a maximum speed of 600-1500 pieces per hour, which is highly praised by customers at home and abroad.
4. To prevent products from shifting or cracking under high temperatures, an optional cold glue system can be equipped to ensure quality and quantity [hot glue for positioning, cold glue for reinforcement].
5. For some symmetrical eyeshadow boxes and other products, an additional spray gun can be added to adopt double gun heads for simultaneous glue application and positioning, which can greatly improve efficiency.
6. The whole machine is centrally controlled and operated by a PLC programmable logic controller. The servo motor can be specified by the customer, and the humanised touch screen man-machine interface makes operation simpler and more convenient.
7. Full automatic photoelectric detection; the machine will automatically shut down in case of faults such as paper jam, effectively preventing more serious faults and reducing the rejection rate.
8. The PLC is equipped with a complete alarm system, allowing operators to troubleshoot targeted problems, making maintenance easy and fast.
9. The main transmission guide rail adopts a centralised module mode, which effectively protects transmission components, extends the service life of the machine and maintains the stability of precision.
10. Automatic continuous voltage-stabilised glue supply ensures stable glue volume and more uniform glue supply, improving production efficiency.
11. Uniform glue application, small glue dosage, low cost, no need to wait for drying time, and can directly enter the next process.

Weak creases typically occur due to insufficient creasing pressure, blunt or misaligned creasing blades, or unsuitable paper quality. Adjust the creasing pressure according to the paper thickness, inspect and sharpen or replace creasing blades regularly, and verify that the paper stock meets the recommended specifications for folding endurance.
Adhesive issues may stem from incorrect glue application settings, clogged nozzles, or improper glue viscosity. Check and clean the glue nozzles routinely, adjust the glue amount and application timing based on box size, and ensure the adhesive viscosity is suitable for the paper type. Also, maintain consistent machine speed to allow proper adhesive setting.
