Description

This rigid box making machine is specially designed for the production of relatively small high-end gift boxes, such as small jewelry boxes, cosmetic boxes, single can tea boxes, etc. It adopts a servo drive structure as a whole and combines an electronic CAM control system to achieve high forming accuracy and stable operation, making it very suitable for long-term operation. The highlight of this rigid box maker lies in its configuration of dual paper feeding, dual visual positioning and dual-station forming structure, which enables the simultaneous production of covers and boxes themselves on double station wrapping. Inner lining paper raw materials: writing paper, coated paper, special paper and fabric, etc.

1. All-electronic CAM and All-servo forming

This automatic rigid box making machine adopts an electronic CAM control system, equipped with a motion controller to achieve full servo linkage control and transmission, making the forming force more uniform, coordinated and synchronous.

The dual-flying system and dual-vision positioning design enable the simultaneous production of bottom covers or the parallel production of covers and drawer boxes on the same device. 4. Intelligent gluing: Stable molding

The box making machine is equipped with a glue control system, and all the glue is controllable, which to a certain extent reduces the waste of materials. Adjust the creasing pressure according to the paper thickness, inspect and sharpen or replace creasing blades regularly, and verify that the paper stock meets the recommended specifications for folding endurance.

How can we prevent adhesive from leaking or bonding poorly during formation?

Adhesive issues may stem from incorrect glue application settings, clogged nozzles, or improper glue viscosity. Check and clean the glue nozzles routinely, adjust the glue amount and application timing based on box size, and ensure the adhesive viscosity is suitable for the paper type. Also, maintain consistent machine speed to allow proper adhesive setting.
