1.Dual-stage feeding system – Two independent inlets (each for 150–600mm materials) enable continuous or parallel processing, boosting productivity.
2.High precision & wide adjustability – Grooving accuracy up to ±0.2mm, angle adjustable from 80° to 140°, and material thickness 1.5–4.0mm (gray board / MDF).
3.User-friendly mechanical controls – Gear, screw, and handwheel adjustments for groove position, depth, and belt tension; plus a semi-automatic knife sharpener for easy maintenance.
4.Efficient automated operation – Belt friction feeding, rubber wheel correction, rear waste discharge, and speed up to 130 pcs/min (300×300mm) with only 4.7kW power consumption.

We use internationally advanced technology and well-known brands of electrical appliances to manufacture machines. If the machines do not meet the customer's expectations, we will not leave the factory.
Weak creases typically occur due to insufficient creasing pressure, blunt or misaligned creasing blades, or unsuitable paper quality. Adjust the creasing pressure according to the paper thickness, inspect and sharpen or replace creasing blades regularly, and verify that the paper stock meets the recommended specifications for folding endurance.
Adhesive issues may stem from incorrect glue application settings, clogged nozzles, or improper glue viscosity. Check and clean the glue nozzles routinely, adjust the glue amount and application timing based on box size, and ensure the adhesive viscosity is suitable for the paper type. Also, maintain consistent machine speed to allow proper adhesive setting.
Absolutely. Our machines are not one-size-fits-all. We tailor the forming heads, feeder system, and machine footprint to your exact box dimensions and required speed (CPH). Whether you need a compact unit for short runs or a high-speed line for mass production, we engineer the optimal solution.
Yes, that's our specialty. We customize the creasing, folding, and glueing stations to suit your material's properties. By adjusting pressures, temperatures, and application methods, we guarantee flawless formation for your specific paper stock, eliminating cracking or misalignment.
Yes, it's designed for adaptability. Our core architecture is modular. You can later upgrade or reconfigure modules (e.g., adding a window-patching unit or a hot-foil stamping station) to accommodate new box designs. This protects your investment and ensures long-term relevance.
