We just wrapped up our time at the 32nd South China International Printing Exhibition—part of the Canton Fair held here in Guangzhou. Honestly, it was one of the better shows we’ve done in a while.
This year, we decided to bring something a bit different. We set up our RSK-600SET **rigid box forming machine** alongside the RSK-LX1000 **automatic case making machine**, and let people see them in action. The idea was simple: you can run the **rigid box making machine** on its own for rigid boxes, and the **hard cover box making machine** separately for book cases. Or you can link them together and run both at the same time to make book-style boxes. It’s a flexible setup that covers four product types—book cases, rigid boxes, drawer boxes, and book-style boxes—all with one integrated system.
People who stopped by our booth seemed genuinely impressed with how stable and smart these machines are. Both come with PLC programmable controllers, image positioning, and touch-screen controls. From paper feeding to gluing, conveying, corner pasting, and edge wrapping, the whole box forming process runs automatically in one go. That means less manual labor, higher output, and boxes that come out consistent every time—exactly what you need for high-end packaging in cosmetics, gifts, jewelry, food, and electronics.
What really stood out to visitors was how well the **rigid box forming machine** and **hard cover case making machine** handled different jobs without missing a beat. A lot of them mentioned they hadn’t seen that level of flexibility paired with such reliable performance.
